Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 26, 2025
1. Scope & Applicability
This policy applies to all services provided by AR Digiworld, including web design, development, hosting, maintenance, digital marketing, and related consultancy. It governs refunds and returns only as per the terms below.
2. No Returns on Digital/Service Deliverables
Since our services are digital/intangible and delivered electronically or via client-server access, there are no “returns” in the conventional sense. Deliverables once accepted, cannot be returned for a refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
a. Full Refund – Before Work Begins
- Applicable only before any meaningful work or design concept is delivered.
- Eligibility requires that the initial deposit or payment has been received but no design/style has been shared or approved.
- A full refund will be issued within 21 business days after request. This timeline aligns with other service-based refund practices in India.
b. Partial Refund – After Initial Design, Before Project Completion
- After initial design/style has been delivered but before final delivery, clients may request a partial refund.
- Refund amount is based on the portion of the work completed, prorated per agreed milestones.
- AR Digiworld may decline or adjust the refund if significant work was performed beyond initial stages.
c. No Refund – After Project Completion
- Once the final deliverables have been uploaded to the client’s server or handed over, no refunds are provided. This reflects standard digital agency practice.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:

- Your request must include:
- Project name and date
- Reason for refund, supported by relevant details
- For partial refunds, justification and scope relative to milestones
5. Processing Time
- Full refunds: within 21 business days after approval.
- Partial refunds: processed within 14–21 business days, upon agreement of the amount to be refunded.
6. Service Credits or Exchange
- In some cases, clients may choose to receive service credit or alternative deliverables instead of a cash refund.
- This option is mutually agreed upon and does not exceed the paid amount.
7. Exceptions & No-Refund Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Client cancels after project initiation or deliverables have been approved.
- Deliverables are accepted/uploaded to client-controlled infrastructure.
- Issues arising from third-party dependencies (e.g., domains, hosting providers, plugins, or APIs).
- Revision requests that exceed the scope defined in the service agreement.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any refund disputes may be escalated via email or phone. If not resolved amicably within 30 days, the matter will be referred to arbitration in Surat, Gujarat, per the governing law applicable in the Terms & Conditions.
9. Disclaimer
This policy supplements but does not override the Terms & Conditions of service. Refunds may be withheld or adjusted if the client is found in breach of contract (e.g., non-payment, non-cooperation, or misuse of deliverables).
