Shipping & Delivery Policy

By engaging with AR Digiworld, agree to the terms of this policy concerning delivery of services.


1. Scope & Applicability

This policy applies to all digital services provided by AR Digiworld, including website design and development, digital marketing, maintenance, hosting setup, content delivery, and related consultancy.


2. Service Delivery & Timeline

  • Upon receipt of full initial payment or advance, project initiation begins as per the agreed contract. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the onboarding stage.
  • Deliverables are shared via mutually agreed digital platforms (e.g., email, Google Drive, Dropbox, or project management tools like Trello). Notifications are sent once deliverables are ready for review

3. Delivery Process

  1. Project Setup: We define scope, allocate resources, and create a project schedule.
  2. Execution: Work is carried out according to approved milestones.
  3. Quality Check: All content/code passes internal QA before delivery.
  4. Delivery: Final files or access credentials are shared.
  5. Activation & Feedback: Client reviews deliverables; revisions proceed as agreed. Ongoing support continues post-delivery

4. Delivery Notification

You will be notified via email or project platform once deliverables are uploaded. Access links and instructions will accompany the notification


5. Delays & Revisions

  • Our schedules account for typical workflows, but unforeseen delays (e.g., scope updates or technical issues) may occur. Clients will be promptly informed of revised timelines.
  • Revision requests beyond agreed scope may lead to additional time or fees, as per service agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide required content, feedback, access credentials, and approvals in the agreed timelines.
  • Delays in responding or providing resources may extend delivery timelines.
  • Once final deliverables are accepted or uploaded to client infrastructure, further modifications follow the revision terms.

7. Delivery of Digital Files

  • All digital deliverables—such as website source files, admin access credentials, design files, or documents—are shared electronically.
  • Clients are responsible for securely storing and backing up these assets post-delivery.

8. No Physical Shipping

This policy does not include the physical mailing or courier of products. All services are delivered digitally.


9. Cancellation & Refund Alignment

Client cancellations and refund requests should follow our Return & Refund Policy. Refer to that document for eligibility, timelines, and approval process.


10. Support after Delivery

  • Post-delivery, AR Digiworld provides support within the terms of the service agreement (e.g. bug fixes, minor updates).
  • Extended maintenance and support packages are available as separate services.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting. Clients are encouraged to review this section regularly
