By accessing or using the AR Digiworld website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

• “Client” refers to individuals or entities engaging our services.
• “Services” means web design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related deliverables provided by AR Digiworld.
• “Content” means text, images, logos, designs, software, data, services, and other materials.

2. Scope of Services

• We will deliver services as described in the project proposal, quote, or agreement.
• All deliverables will follow agreed designs, timelines, milestones, and specifications (Genie AI).

3. Payment Terms

• Payments shall be made per the project proposal.
• Advance deposit may be required to begin work; final payment due on completion.
• Delayed payments may incur interest or suspension of service.

4. Intellectual Property

• AR Digiworld retains copyright for all templates, code, or design work unless explicitly transferred.
• On full payment, ownership or license for deliverables used in your project is transferred to the Client.
• Clients must not copy, distribute, or sell our proprietary work outside of agreed use.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate project requirements, materials, and timely feedback.
• Delays internally may affect project delivery and pricing.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

• Clients shall not use our services to host or transfer illegal content (hate speech, infringement, pornography, spam).
• Violation may result in immediate suspension of service and termination of agreement

7. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information shared during the course of work.
• This clause survives termination of services.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

• Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available”.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or results.
• We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Limitation of Liability

• AR Digiworld’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the project.
• Under no circumstances shall we be liable for losses beyond direct payments made.

10. Termination & Suspension

• We may terminate or suspend services if the client breaches these Terms or fails to pay.
• Clients may also terminate the project, subject to payment of fees for completed work.
• On termination, ownership/licensing rights and confidentiality obligations remain in effect.

11. Revisions & Modifications

• AR Digiworld may update these Terms periodically.
• Updated Terms apply from the publication date. Continued use indicates acceptance

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by Indian laws, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, IT Act 2000, Copyright Act 1957, and Consumer Protection Act 2019
• Disputes will be addressed via arbitration in Surat, Gujarat, in English. Court jurisdiction lies with Gujarat courts.

13. Correction of Errors

• We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors on our website or deliverables.
• We reserve the right to amend content at our discretion and without notice

14. Third-Party Links & Services

• We may integrate third-party tools or links. AR Digiworld is not responsible for their terms or content.
• Clients must accept external policies or agreements if they activate such services.

15. Support & Service Levels

• Standard maintenance and support are defined in your project agreement and proposal.
• Support via email and phone is available during business hours.
• AR Digiworld reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at its discretion.
